Luke 2:10 But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people.
We have important decisions to make, will I believe in the Word of God or will I choose to abandon all hope of joy and live in sorrow. Not only did God promise joy but He also banished sorrow.
Revelation 21:4 (kj) And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. God wasted no time in reminding us in Luke 2:10 that we are not to be afraid. “The good news will cause great joy for all the people” (Gods People).
Listen to the reason we have to live in joy.
Joel 2:12 “Even now,” declares the Lord,“ return to me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning.”
I have learned that there is a very distinct difference between spirit and soul. “Your spirit is your innermost part, not your “immortal soul.” I believe that your soul is your will, emotions and your conscience. Your mind is between your spirit and your soul. The Vision comes through the mind and is stored in the Heart. (Ps 50 – clean heart and renew a right spirit, a spirit that will see the Vision, the Way, Truth, Life and place it in my Heart that I will not sin against Thee). You cannot hide from God what is in your Heart! Jeremiah 17:9,10.

John 8:32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
Here in John chapter 8, we continue to follow Jesus through the Mount of Olives. It is here it seems that Jesus would rekindle His strength through prayer, meditation, and time with His Father. The truth is a hard pill to swallow, but so is a spoon of castor oil. Its benefits were widely used for relief of constipation, arthritis, high blood pressure and more. But the truth is no one volunteered to take it even when told it would make them better.
The Jewish Pharisees believed that being children of Abraham nullified them from being labeled slaves. That their truth resides in their connection to Abraham. Jesus responded to them: if you were Abrahams children, then you would do what Abraham did. But you don’t even do that. Now we know that Abraham was a man of faith, not perfect, with the same faults as the rest of us, and a friend of God. Unlike the Pharisees who followed him, Abraham was willing to sacrifice his only son at the command of God.

John 16:33b In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
Gethsemane was a place of prayer, it was a place of peaceful solitude, it was also a place of anguish and momentary separation from the Father, ultimately it became the place of courage, and victory over all the evil and power of this world. A place where Jesus regained His divine strength and Oneness with the Father. Today’s scripture John 16:33b In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! “I have overcome the world.” This is our Lord’s promise to us. In His promise is found a nugget: “Peace and the power of it thereof”: “I AM” the peace, “even in the midst of chaos” (the world) if you find me, you will have found peace, “even in the midst of chaos” (the world).

1 John 2:27 – But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.
LET INCENSE ARISE – When we pray God listens, God answers. Revelation 3:19-20 – “Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. 20) Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my Voice and Opens the Door, I will come in and eat with him (them) and he (they) with ME. The Book of RUTH is about a Faith Walk - Faith in Man or Faith in God or FAITH in the man of God. Or is this a story or lesson when you are obedient to law or did she have a choice? Deuteronomy 18:12 For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee.
Luke 16:15 And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knows your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.
It's not the possum that is an abomination unto God, for the possum is doing what God created him to do. It is the man (human) which acts like a possum or playing as if he is something in fact which he is not, in this case a Christian, that is an abomination unto God.
Jesus said no servant can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other; or else he will hold to the one and despise the other. Seeking that which is an abomination to God will cause you to be driven out from Him. Being a possum will not be enough, Luke 16:15 say’s “God knows your heart”. You cannot play like a Christian but live a secret life of a heathen.

John 1:4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind.
In God is life, from the beginning, and the Logos “Word” has been from the beginning. There is no separation between the Logos and life. In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God (John 1:1). In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind (John 1:4). Without spiritual light we suffer spiritual darkness. You will err in vision and stumble in judgment (Is. 28:7). So, I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking. (Ephesians 4:17) Your true self (reason, purpose, strength) is found in God, because His Word fills us with life, and in life there is only light, no darkness. We Have More To Say On This. Join Us.
Acts 2:1, 17-19 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke.
The scripture say’s when the “day of Pentecost was fully come” “they were all with one accord” “in one place”. This could have happened anywhere at any time of God’s choosing (a Pentecost breakout”. The only ingredient necessary is:

2. A relationship with God
3. The Holy Spirit

Acts 2:1-7 When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. 2 Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3 They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. 4 All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues[a] as the Spirit enabled them. 5 Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven. 6 When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard their own language being spoken. 7 Utterly amazed, they asked: “Aren’t all these who are speaking Galileans? Psalm 119: 9-10 9 How can a young person stay on the path of purity? By living according to your word. 10 I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your commands. When receiving Gods word the Holy Spirit will at times supply me with enough food comprised of one piece or morsel of bread that is enough to complete with understanding the Word that must go forth. 1 Thessalonians 4:3 (NIV) It is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality.
Some may understand this to mean, just stay away from fornication and I am in His Will, others may see this as, I just need to do those things that pleases God. I am here today to inform you that God's Will is in two forms: Will by desire and Will by decree! And don’t get this wrong in your understanding God, there is no confliction in His desire and decree, they are both one in His Will, they are broken down into two parts for OUR understanding of it. This first of two parts is a must for the hearer.

Jeremiah 50:6 My people have been lost sheep; their shepherds have led them astray and caused them to roam on the mountains. They wandered over mountain and hill and forgot their own resting place. Luke 15: 4 Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? You have never been more thought about than this scripture proves. We are a big deal. Join us in the conversation as we take it to the Lord.

Ecclesiastes 1:9-10 What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun. Is there anything of which one can say, “Look! This is something new”? It was here already, long ago; it was here before our time. This Dynamic Duo For The Lord Teams Up One More Time. Join Us.

Joel 2:32 And everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved; for on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be deliverance, as the LORD has said, even among the survivors whom the LORD calls. John 16:33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
Pastors Brian and Jacquie continue their spontaneous conversations pointing out some of the battles we face today. Join them in the conversation as they point out key topics that "sin attempts to overtake us like swarming locust" "But take heart Jesus has overcome the world."
